This Cookie Policy explains how hotelplus.ai uses cookies and similar browser storage. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. In short
- Our marketing pages use analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject" or do not choose, they are not loaded.
- The hotel panel and hotel guest pages use only storage that is strictly necessary for them to work. They never load analytics or advertising.
- You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
2. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep data in the browser's local storage (kept until deleted) or session storage (deleted when you close the tab). In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
3. Strictly necessary storage
These do not need your consent because the site or feature cannot work without them. They are not used for tracking or advertising.

4. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept, our marketing pages load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-5D6NXMRC6W) and Microsoft Clarity. They help us understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type and approximate location. Clarity can also record how you interact with a page (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling). They are never loaded in the hotel panel or on guest pages.

Durations are set by the providers and may change; see Google's and Microsoft's privacy information for details. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
5. Content from other sites
Some marketing pages show images loaded from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com). Your browser connects to Unsplash to load them, so Unsplash receives your IP address and browser information.
6. How to control cookies
- Change or withdraw your choice: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. The banner appears again; if you had accepted, the page reloads so analytics stop. Analytics cookies that were already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.
- Your browser: you can delete cookies and site data or block them in your browser settings. If you block necessary storage, signing in to the panel and some guest page features may not work.
- Google Analytics: Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on all websites.
7. Changes
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
